How do I receive my digital purchase?
After your payment is completed, Shopify sends a download email to the email address used at checkout. Use the link in that email to access your files.
Will anything be shipped?
Digital products are never shipped. Two kinds of physical products do ship: our personalized Christmas ornaments — each one is printed to order with your name and year, then mailed to you — and our coil-bound books and scorebooks, which are printed to order and shipped to you (usually arriving about a week after you order).
How long do personalized ornaments take?
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your ornament ships. Shipping time after that depends on the option you choose at checkout. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by early December.
What file format will I receive for digital products?
Most products are delivered as PDF files or as a ZIP bundle containing PDF resources. Product pages identify the format included.
Can I print the pages more than once?
Yes. Your purchase is for personal, noncommercial use by your household. You may print the pages as many times as you like for your own family’s use.
What is your refund policy?
Digital product sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded. If you have a problem with your download, contact us and we’ll make it right. Personalized ornaments may be replaced within 14 days if they arrive damaged or misprinted.
